How does the subscription work?

For our paid membership plan, it is a flat rate of $89 per month, no matter how many documents or clauses you access or draft. This fee will be billed on a monthly basis. We also offer a free plan that provides limited access to content.

For enterprise legal teams, please reach out to our sales team.

If you are a legal aid or law school clinic, please also reach out to our sales team. We have discounted and free plans available.

Is there a setup or onboarding process?

No. We designed the platform so that it can be immediately used without any complicated onboarding process. Simply log in and start drafting.

What kind of contracts and clauses are available on Lawgood?

Currently we have the most common business contracts including different types of service agreements, intellectual property agreements, employment agreements, business formation documents, etc. Our clauses include the most common clauses for commercial agreements, as well as specific types of contracts. New contracts and clauses are regularly added to our library.

Where do all your contracts and clauses come from?

Unless a specific source is indicated (such as publicly filed SEC filings), all contracts and clauses are researched, vetted, and drafted by top lawyers for Lawgood. Hundreds of hours are spent so that you don't have to waste time looking for the perfect precedents.

Is my data secure and my client's information safe?

We take security and privacy very seriously. We use AWS Cognito, which supports more securities standards and compliance certifications than any other offering. Additionally, Lawgood does not collect any personally identifying information from the contracts that you create. Be assured that using Lawgood will not breach your client's confidentiality.
